7-card stud, natural pairs up causes wild card

How to Play

1. Standard 7-card stud dealing, except the last card is dealt up by default. It can be bought down for an amount set by the dealer before dealing starts. Default is $.25.
2. If a natural pair is dealt up to any player, dealer deals next card up in the middle as a marker. All cards of this rank are now wild. (Card in the middle is NOT shared.)
3. If another natural pair comes up, a new marker is dealt, changing the wild card.
