7-card stud, up cards are auctioned to highest bidder

How to Play

1. Deal 2 cards down to each player.
2. Deal cards face up in the middle, one for each active player.
3. Each player bids by placing a number of chips in their hand and holds them out, chips hidden. (No chips is valid.)
4. All players reveal bids. Highest bid selects a card from the middle as their up card, then next highest, etc.
5. Break ties in bids by best showing hand then closest position to the dealer
6. Bet
7. Repeat until everyone has 4 up cards
8. Deal each player one down card

Scoring

High hand wins the pot
